B Town BBQ

Ate upstairs at B Town. The burgers and ribs and pork belly were really good. The drinks were good as well. The staff were friendly and it was efficient. This place has had a recent renovation and has a huge enclosed playground for kids which makes it a godsend for tired parents to have a meal while their kids play in safety and undercover. You can overlook the main Street in Bathurst while you eat.

Absolutely fantastic food and great service, best BBQ in town. Can't wait to come back and try other menu items. 10/10

Craving some serious protein, we had a fantastic lunch at B Town BBQ in Bathurst today! The smoked brisket croquettes were a great start (100/10). The brisket was so tender it practically melted in my mouth (9/10). The smoked chicken was delicious (7/10) and lucky the salmon had a beautiful smoky flavor that was simply divine (9,5/10) I paired my meal with a refreshing fojito (8/10). It was a carnivore’s dream The highlight, however, was the dessert - a decadent waffle topped with ice cream, Nutella, and strawberries. It was the perfect sweet ending to a savory meal (10/10). The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Highly recommend!

King of kings burger , with two 200g Briskets that were slow cooked fourteen hours! Soo good, it is a must, I came back for another one the next day. then I had to try some of the other amazing choices on the menu, it's all great and the process are very reasonable too, best food in Bathurst.

B Town BBQ has potential, but my visit was a bit disappointing. I ordered the brisket, and unfortunately, it was very dry — not the tender, juicy cut I was hoping for. The flavors were okay, but the texture really let the dish down. I’ve had much better brisket elsewhere, so this one missed the mark for me. Hopefully, it was just an off day in the kitchen, because I wanted to like it more than I did.

Excellent service, atmosphere and mouth watering menu. Lovely dining areas and chill environment, perfect for bigger gatherings and groups. Service from staff was excellent and met the chef as well. Lots of interesting food options, enjoyed our meals, though would have loved a bit more sauce to keep things juciey.

We dined here on 13 April and found an extensive range of Texan BBQ and other Southern delights on offer. We arrived a bit early but were seated straight away by our very pleasant hostess. The order was taken quickly and drinks and food arrived promptly, especially for a Saturday night. Not wanting something too heavy for dinner we perused the lighter options, we love Philly Cheese Steak and the use of brisket was an intriguing twist, so we had one each. I was expecting a slab of brisket but was pleasantly surprised to find the meat more like ‘burnt ends’ which were crunchy, soft and fell apart – exceedingly tasty with a wonderful mouthfeel. This was a ‘next level” PCS, credit to the chef for thinking outside the square ! If everything else is on this level we have a new “Gold Mine” in Bathurst. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
